You’ll be joining a highly professional, talented team of four Client Service Associates and five Client Portfolio Managers (CPM), all with the simple focus of: how can we make our client’s world better?

Responsibilities: Collaborate with Client Portfolio Managers to be solution-finding experts through the entire client experience.

This includes the initial development, onboarding, and ongoing servicing and maintenance of our relationships.

Provide an exceptional client experience through proactive, on-time delivery of information related to requests and needs, including, but not limited to; tax packages, EFTs, cheques, reporting, account information, combined with a focus on building personal relationships.

An entrepreneurial, ambitious spirit in finding opportunities to help grow our business and support our CPM team in their business development efforts.

Exceed our clients’ expectations by delivering an above and beyond onboarding process.

Demonstrate strong collaboration with our Operations team by delivering expedited documentation, account opening and fee setup to ensure a smooth experience and efficient transition.

Find ‘moments of truth’ as we build relationships with our clients and ensure information is coded in the CRM.

Considerately deliver memorable surprise & delight moments for our clients.

Augment administrative deliverables by ensuring stellar attention to detail and branding in client documentation, including Client Portfolio Reviews, Prospect Presentations, meeting review materials and various spreadsheets for CPM analysis.

Enter orders for security trading and buying and selling of our internal investment solutions.

Requirements: Education Undergraduate university degree.

Fully licensed with IIROC as an IR or RR, or ready to be licensed (CSC and CPH completed).

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Client Service Associate.

Professional Experience Proactive client service in scheduling meetings, preparing portfolio reviews and documentation for review meetings.

Ensure maintenance of documentation is accurate, timely, and that all relevant information is accurately reflected in the CRM system.

Consistent track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Consistent accuracy in all trading, purchase, and redemption orders, and that all activities are settled correctly in an appropriate time frame.

Proven understanding of the investment industry, and key client service components: documentation, compliance and trading.

Experience using a CRM system, portfolio software, and financial planning software is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Personal Competencies Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at balancing multiple concurrent projects and client demands.

Strong passion for building client relationships and delivering concierge, boutique service to clients.

Willing to take accountability for your results and being open to feedback and continuous learning.

Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and shows strong commitment to team objectives.

Proficient with technology and always looking for ways to improve client service by leveraging technology.
