The Senior Manager, Finance will be a key member of the Finance team catering to specific division within the organization.

Why Work Here Focus on building talent within the company Encourage cross-functional movement Great work/life balance About the Opportunity Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process and variance analysis for a certain division Full ownership over legal entity reporting and statutory audits for entities within the division Assess assets for indicators of impairment (quarterly) and complete annual assessment for impairment Liaise with the technical accounting team on appropriate accounting treatment for complex transactions ensuring that adherence to IFRS is met in all circumstances Support the Company’s M&A process as it relates to the division including due diligence, disclosure, post-acquisition integration, subsequent earn out calculations and payments Support the internal and external audit processes Prepare monthly financial statements for all entities within a certain division Work with and support key business partnerships (i.e.

tax, treasury, FP&A, consultants, auditors, etc.) Lead the preparation of the monthly division’s financial results presentations to the Senior Leadership team Lead the 2021 objective of standardizing and formalizing key business/accounting processes within certain division Lead continuous improvement within the accounting and reporting processes within certain division Coach and mentor a finance professional (1 direct report) Support all projects under the Company’s digital transformation initiatives impacting accounting, reporting, disclosure processes, and controls About You CPA 7 years’ experience within a publicly traded (IFRS) company Financial reporting experience Experience with SAP/BPC Industry experience: CPG (preferred) or tangible goods Salary Range $120,000
