Health Care Aide

Reporting to the Clinical Manager or delegate, the Health Care Aide (HCA) will work under the direction of regulated health professionals, mainly RN and RPN staff, however, could also receive direction from other regulated health professionals. HCAs will provide personal care, including but not limited to bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, transferring, ambulating in accordance with the developed plan of care to patients whose needs are more residential and supportive in nature and could be met on an ongoing basis in Long Term care or other community setting.
