Job Description Managing diverse business operations
• Lead the implementation and sustainability of TD’s Effective Vendor Management Framework (EVMF) for different vendor categories.

• Provide oversight, analysis and reporting on TDI’s compliance with key TD risk and expense policies
• Support vendor selection process, either in partnership with Strategic Sourcing Group via RFP process or self-serve
• Contribute to strategic planning and vendor analysis based on knowledge of supply market and previous vendor engagement
• Lead identification and development of process-improvement strategies to generate efficiencies and ensure vendor compliance to internal policy
• Develop recommendations related to vendor services and industry best practices to deliver KPIs
• Analyze trends and assesses risks associated with performance and policies
• Develop and execute action/ performance improvement plans to deliver best-in-class vendor performance Financial
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing to support strategies to standardize sourcing activity, consolidate vendor partners and manage demand at reduced cost
• Manage contractual obligations and agreement compliance in line with expense authorization limit as outlined in the TDBG Expense Policy
• Work with vendor / business partners to provide consolidated financial reporting to Business Leaders as required
• Improve controls and own the responsibility for ensuring compliance to targets for cost, delivery timelines and service levels Customer
• Ability to manage multiple strategic vendor relationships that are significant in scope, complexity
• Own accountability for delivering Legendary customer experience goals, especially those influenced by vendor performance
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure thorough resolution or appropriate escalation based on risks associated with customer impact
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal TD partners and vendor(s) to ensure business priorities are clearly understood and met, and objectives are aligned
• Operate as main point of contact for external vendors, consultants, and TD Executives for one or more strategic, critical and/or enterprise vendor relationship
• Provide advice and guidance to business partners and Vendor Managers based on best-practices to optimize and secure value from third-party relationships
• Understand contractual terms and conditions, and their economic implications to the business in order to effectively manage vendor agreement(s) and relationship(s)
• Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to share business, industry and vendor insights in support of strategic planning and contract negotiations
• Implement strategic direction set by Business Leaders across all lines of business
• Engage business partners to ensure active participation on vendor governance and oversight, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
• Develop in-depth industry knowledge pertaining to vendor relationships and upcoming business trends and transformations Employee / Team
• Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment that encourages productivity, professionalism and teamwork
• Ensure ongoing communication with the team on the status/progress of projects, issues and points of interest
• Contribute to an environment of continuous learning, including the sharing of experience and learning across team members, peers, TD partners, and management as appropriate Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a vendor management, and/or strategic sourcing function
• Knowledge of principles/processes for delivering excellent customer experience and ability to consistently meet quality standards and evaluations of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and ability to influence key decision makers
• Demonstrated adaptability, agility and innovation.

• Excellent computer skills and intermediate/ advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
– Word, Power Point, Excel
