Customer Service Lead Full Time Permanent Reporting to Store Operations Leader Harry Rosen – Yorkdale Toronto, ON As the leading high-end men’s wear clothier in Canada, Harry Rosen has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Lead , to join the STORE Team in the Yorkdale Mall location, Toronto.

As Customer Service Lead you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a Service Desk team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: Focus on training and development of top Customer Service Representative team Provide day-to-day leadership to the customer service team.

Model customer service standards of excellence are demonstrated at the service desk Provide coaching support to ensure POS policy and procedure standards Support policy and procedures standards in line with our Brand Promise in ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer service experience Maintain supplies and resources at service desks Support accurate and timely markdowns, and restyles The successful candidate will have the following background/experience: Retail Experience, sales support, or customer service 2 years of overall experience in customer service in retail Service Team Leadership, ambassador providing exceptional service and standards to clientele Service Desk Leader, POS and Cash Service experience Attracting, onboarding, training and development of service team Service desk maintenance, and supply order High detail orientation Strong verbal, and written communication skills Positive with great attitude, capable to work under pressure at times Passion for customer service and best in class practices Able to work evenings and weekends Our Commitment Harry Rosen’s professional work environment is designed to support and invest in the success of our associates, as many become the creative leaders of tomorrow.
