Intermediate Contracts Coordinator to support IT-based contracts

This is a Contract position in Hamilton, ON posted May 7, 2021.

Our oil and gas client is seeking an Intermediate Contracts Coordinator to support IT-based contracts.

Must-Have Qualifications: 3yrs (ideally 5yrs) working experience in contract admin, sourcing, or procurement Proficient in Excel for analysis, reporting and presentation purposes Experience working with IT licensing contracts Nice-to-have Qualifications: Experience in oil and gas industry Proficient in SAP Experience supporting drafting of contracts and negotiations Key Accountabilities: Support the operational set up of contracts within the sub-category and administration of contracting and procurement activities assigned Review, ensure compliance, and update changes in IT-based contracts in a timely manner; communicate the impact to diverse groups Act as the point of contact for supply operation inquiries related to category management strategies, required sourcing and contracts Work with contracts management specialists to implement contracts in the system Facilitate setup, enablement and maintenance of system contracts and correct PO types Assist with strategy and process compliance monitoring (contracts / strategy leakage, approved vendor spend, channel management) Manage contract spend and contracts expiries (maintain SRM contracts), as assigned Support contracts close out activities for assigned contracts Contract details: Starting ASAP until Dec 31, 2021.

Location: Ideally Calgary.

Remote position currently, but may change to part-time in office mid-year
