Whether you’re overseeing our store managers, staff, and pharmacy techs, building our strategic initiatives, or working with patients, you’ll need to bring a strong sense of organization, purpose, and caring to every task.You will need to be comfortable dealing almost exclusively with patients who have mental health challenges.  You will need to be comfortable dealing with this type and other vulnerable patients.  Another big part of your role will be dealing with the staff attached to the supportive housing home in close proximity.Most importantly, you’ll bring strong leadership skills to the role, and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction. You’ll be driving sales, discovering new opportunities, and have a sense of how our business is doing and why. Working together with your store management team, you’ll set strategies, oversee the execution, and help us grow even further.And as an experienced pharmacist, you’ll bring a compassionate, patient first focus to everything you do.
