Unit Summary
Ward 4C is a family-centered maternity care unit which provides care to women, newborns and their families during the ante-partum and post-partum phases of pregnancy. Ward 4C is a 32-bed inpatient unit with a respite nursery.
Position Summary
The Registered Practical Nurse will enjoy a role as part of the multidisciplinary team that uses an emphatic client-centered approach to patient care. The Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing care to the full Scope of Practice for Registered Practical Nurses. This position offers a unique mix of patient populations that allows for diversity and the ability to use assessment and technical skills on an ongoing basis.
