The Team GF&RT Data and Analytics Team provides data management and analytical solutions supporting Finance and Risk regulatory and executive reporting, business intelligence and customer relationship management The Role Data Engineer, Data & Analytics, contributes to the overall success of the IB CRM Support team maintaining day-to-day operations of the Caribbean Campaign Management and Analytical platform supporting International CCAU Retail Products and Marketing.

Ensures successful delivery of the Customer centric data marts and data processing to business partners across the Bank Some of the Key Accountabilities include: Deliver on International Banking Caribbean CRM data management strategy through the day-to-day support of relational data models with a focus on data delivery through managing data ingestion, transformation, exception identification, data investigations and troubleshooting.

Provide hands-on operational support over the execution of the daily/weekly/monthly production cycles as well as on-demand data extractions from various data providers including certified data sources and BNS applications Maintain a strong working relationship with peers across the business lines including key stakeholders in International Retail Products and Marketing, Customer Insights, and Global Risk Management Support, maintain and enhance International Banking Infor Omni Channel campaign management solution (Epiphany) and Customer centric Caribbean data mart Maintain complex distributed data pipelines, relational databases and API based interfaces with other banking systems and applications leveraging SAS and Microsoft technology stack including SQL Server, SSIS, Visual Studio and Data Tools as well as Big Data technologies Provide advice in the form of day-to-day technical support to team members and user community.
