Maintenance Trade 2

Under the direction of a Supervisor, the Maintenance Trades II is responsible for daily operational checks, maintaining, repairing, lubricating, inspecting, cleaning and testing of all minor hospital equipment, controls and systems related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, instrumentation, plumbing and building systems in accordance with Corporate, Unit and Departmental goals and objectives, policies, procedures and standards. Performs such other duties as may be assigned. Functions in accordance with duties defined in the job description for the Maintenance Trades II position. May be assigned to work at any HHS site
