Analyst, Data Operations

Why is this role important?

Data Operations analyst is responsible for maintaining all data relative to Site, including Set Up and Maintenance within established SLA’s, while adhering to the proper data governance standards.

Accountabilities: Fluency with data comprehension for SAP B uild and/or run Python programs to create reports/dashboards for teams Data research to support decision makings or operations, leveraging Python/ SAS/SQL/SAP/Excel.

Develops relationships and communicates daily with various stakeholders, providing regular updates on site status.

Monitor daily error reports, implement timely resolution and provide feedback whenever discrepancies are identified Manage multiple store setups and coordinate various tasks across multiple teams to ensure all master data is complete.

Ensure completeness and accuracy of master data in adherence to documented processes, controls and data governance standards.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis, planning and highlighting opportunities for process improvements, review for anomalies and correcting as required.

Provide subject matter expertise to key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely issue resolution.

Job Qualifications: Technical first and Soft Skills P ost-secondary education at either the college or university level Experience working with SAP, Python, UAT Testing is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office S trong quantitative and analytical skills working with and manipulating large amounts of data.

Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work in team settings A self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment A nalytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization Key Measures (Performance indicators): Achieve and maintain SLA’s for site setup and maintenance requests Completeness and integrity of site master data How You’ll Succeed: At Loblaw, we seek great people to continually strengthen our culture.
