Business Analyst Market Access

This is a Contract position in Hamilton, ON posted August 2, 2022.

Hybrid working – Office based in Surrey 2 days with 3 days WFH The Role Objective / Purpose of Role To provide business insights through data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research and to support the Commercial department to drive growth and profitability through analysis and planning.

Key areas are Sales Analysis and Market Access .

To make an impact and drive better strategic decisions across the business via ensuring key and timely information provided to all business functions when necessary.

Key Activities / Key Responsibilities Create and update sales tracking tools and dashboard to monitor customer & product pricing, margin and distributor performance by territory, region and market.

Conduct primary and secondary research, analyse data and develop reports to be utilised to drive growth and profitability.

To collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure they get excellent visibility and understanding of relevant data that help making strategic decisions.

Develop sales forecasting process and tools to support planning cycles and maintain state of ‘readiness’ for any interim requirements Support and tracking of deal models post acquisition from a commercial perspective.

Internal reporting and analysis of external market intelligence reports (including IQVIA ePAC) Tracking and management of matrix pricing and profitability by product and customers Product Launch Tracking and administration of products on NHS RX / Databases.

Monitor CMU tender opportunities and upload submissions Develop / maintain Market Access intelligence platform and submissions to relevant HA on yearly basis.

Ongoing competitive analysis of pricing, org structure and product focus.

Develop standardised weekly, monthly and quarterly reports Reporting of country specific information to HA – VPAS Develop ROI process for marketing initiatives Full job description available on application The Candidate Will consider Business/IT graduates with 2 years business analytics experience using Power BI Business analyst experience in a similar role either within pharma or other markets essential.

Previous experience managing projects in collaboration with external suppliers .

Previous experience with European pharmaceutical markets with excellent knowledge on European healthcare systems would be advantageous.

Experience in working with large data sets.

Sales and/or marketing analysis-based experience within a commercial environment is an advantage .

Previous pharma experience preferred but not essential.

Dealing with HA / Market Access .

Experience in data manipulation from market intelligence (IQVIA, ePAC) is preferrable Only candidates with existing right to work in the UK/EU will be considered Salary/Rate: Competitive salary, bonus and benefits Contract Type: Permanent
