ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Join one of the largest self-performing developers in British Columbia in their homeowner care team.

This is an opportunity for a qualified candidate with previous experience interacting with homeowners to grow and develop their career in the Customer Care department.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: This opportunity allows you as the Customer Care Coordinator to be on a very busy on two current projects that this company has in the finishing stages, as well as a lot of upcoming projects too.

This is a both on site, hands-on role and in the office role.

The hours for this role are: 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday
– Friday No weekends on this role.

ABOUT THE POSITION: You will be acting as the coordinator for the Customer Care team and be a main source of communication between Constructions, Sales, and Admin departments Reviewing and recording all service requests to ensure accurate information is available for customer service reps, trades, and homeowners Prepare homes by going on-site and conducting checks within the new buildings General administrative duties as required THE REQUIREMENTS: Previous knowledge and experience within Customer Care, Construction, or interacting in-person with homeowners Strata experience considered an asset Customer service skills Strong communication skills Ability to interpret construction and building drawings and documents ASSETS: Software skills (Salesforce, Plangrid) Cantonese or Mandarin preferred (but not required) COMPENSATION: Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 Vacation: 3 weeks Benefits: Medical and Dental RRSP: 3% matching HOW TO APPLY: Please apply directly to this posting with the most recent version of your resume.
