This office is BUSY and they need someone to add to their team ASAP.

There are three positions available for varying shifts.

Plumbing knowledge and high volume work order management skills are essential to success in this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages work orders and assigns them to technicians and subcontractors while providing and documenting updates both internally and externally on multiple platforms.

Takes ownership over work orders and sees them through from issuing to completion.

Responds to client inquires and concerns, and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.

Ensures client Key Performance Indicators are met.

Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems.

Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate tech or vendor.

Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files.

Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors.

Trains vendors on company procedures.

Prepare Scopes of Work (SOW), estimates, and close out documentation as required.

Procurement of services from subcontractors as needed.

Assists with process and procedure training.

Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.

Ability to read and interpret drawings preferred
– plumbing, servicing Occupational Health & Safety Training preferred.

Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.

Intermediate level skills with facilities management platforms: Service Channel, FM Pilot.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES Facilities Management certification preferred.

PMP preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Ability to analyze large amounts of data, write reports, and correspondence.

Ability to respond to inquiries or escalations from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.

Ability to effectively present information to our clients and internal departments.
