The Junior Retail Trader – VIP Support role will work to create an excellent client experience by supporting the traders, quickly attending to clients’ trading needs and resolving any related client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve trade related inquiries via various inbound communication channels in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and follow up with clients on any outstanding issues Provide support to traders executing broker assisted trades (Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, GICs, Options) and buy-ins with accuracy and in accordance to company and industry standards Act as a primary point of contact for internal departments regarding requests for market information, order processing, etc.

Handle and resolve escalated trade related issues Communicate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise and to ensure that accounts and funds are in good standing Other duties and ad hoc projects relevant to the position shall be assigned as required CI_ONT Please submit your resume in confidence by clicking “Apply”.
