Partnership Program Administrator


This is a Part-time position in Hamilton, ON posted September 16, 2022.

In this role you will oversee OEM & Alliance Partner Programs as our Business Partner Program champion and subject matter expert.

You will be a go-to person from across the organization, keeping PureLogic on track with compliance requirements; program financials and business plan objectives.

Your principal customers are the PureLogic Executive team and our major business partners.

The role will challenge your organization, collaboration & communication skills, working with internal and external stakeholders, to execute go to market plans and quarterly objectives.

The ideal candidate will: have IT channel experience with the federal government (security clearance preferred); have worked in OEM channel management or channel marketing; excel with Microsoft Office applications; an possess strong organization & communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Program Compliance Management Development and manage annual program compliance plans, with an emphasis on a corporate training calendar Ensure successful completion of partner training and partner requirements are met quarterly/annually by working across the management team Report monthly to the executive on key metrics and performance Drive internal awareness training for substantive changes to partner programs Act as the primary portal administrator for PureLogic accounts on OEM and Alliance Partner portals Business Partner Administration Maintain our partner account database including: company profiles, key contacts, segmentation data Coordinate new partner onboarding activities Maintain stakeholder relationships with core Partner Account Managers (PAMs; PBM’s; CAM’s) MDF/SPIF Management Manage all Marketing Development Fund (MDF) activity requests, requirements, and submissions Manage Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF) program participation, per PureLogic policies Quarterly MDF IN/OUT reports to the management team Contribute to ROI tracking process within PureLogic & with our partners Contribute to corporate marketing plans, to justify marketing investments from key business partners, working with the Marketing team Contribute to marketing campaign/events working with the Marketing team Partner Marketing Contribute to marketing events and/or campaigns, working in conjunction with our Marketing team and Business Partners Education Post-secondary education in technology; marketing, communications or related fields Other Skills & Attributes 2 years of experience in customer service /administration / marketing / project management (co-op terms included) Past IT Solution Provider work experience is an asset Past IT vendor channel management experience is an asset Experience with content management & creative writing Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and in project teams Strong written and communication skills Critical thinking with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook; Excel, PowerPoint); Teams; SharePoint; & OneNote will be key to your role Work Model We promote work-life balance and Family is one of our values.
