Site focusing on machine performance increase, downtime reduction projects and automation processes.

This position will have a key role on the development of the site capital projects together with the design, implementation and installation of new equipment as well as the correct functionality of existent machinery on the site.

What would you do?

Provides support to manufacturing site to develop, optimize, implement & manage Preventative Maintenance programs, MRO Inventory Management systems and Support Plant shutdown preparation planning Support manufacturing sites in implementing and executing their Maintenance Excellence Program Collaborate with sites to define Asset Criticality and Reliability Maintenance strategies Utilize and leverage Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to optimize cost, identify gaps and identify opportunities to improve asset performance Lead and support analysis of equipment and systems failures, using problem solving and continuous improvement tools (i.e.

RCA, Fishbone, DMAIC and FMECA) Support Project teams during equipment selection and defining Preventative/Predictive Maintenance strategies for new assets Collaborating with Procurement, participate in the development and evaluation MRO suppliers and 3rd party maintenance service providers What will you need to be successful?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent 5 years of progressive experience in engineering, reliability, maintenance or related field Reliability Centered Maintenance Programs management ERP system management (SAP management would be preferred) CMRP certification is a plus What is in it for you?
