Job Title: Systems Analyst Primary Task: The Systems Analyst role is to ensure stable operation of the server and client infrastructure.

This includes, but not limited to, planning, developing, installing, diagnosing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Windows server and client hardware, software, supporting peripheral equipment (incl.

RF Scanners, Network Printers), and performing Data Center technician responsibilities in our Monroe, NJ Computer Room.

This candidate will also provide end user training and ticket resolution to employees located at our Brooklyn, NY Manufacturing office and Monroe, NJ Distribution Center, as required.

The person is able to troubleshoot problems either in person and remotely utilizing Windows remote system tools.

Directly Reports to: Systems Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Systems Administration – 95% Perform all regular Security patching duties for both Windows clients and servers Monitor and maintain applications, including but not limited to, Antivirus, Proxy Services, SQL, VMware ESX & Guest VMs, Hyper-V, sFTP, IIS, & RDP Participate in a 24 hr on-call rotation for Systems team members Monitor and review of system logs, alerts, patch and antivirus deployments Assist in performing scheduled Windows Server and client upgrades Assist in monitoring the Active Directory alerts Ensure control of user accounts through the use of Windows AD Group Policies Monitor and maintain the Cisco UCS Blade server environment Monitor and maintain VMware ESX host clusters and Guest VMs Assist in supporting the Dell EMC Unity SAN environments Assist Systems Manager with other duties, as assigned.

Monitor Monroe, NJ Computer room, Racks, HVAC and UPS equipment Assist in creating automated scripts for routine processes Ensure Systems infrastructure, including processes, are documented and kept up-to-date Prioritize issues and document resolution using Helpdesk tracking software Provide level 2 escalation support to peers as part of an on-call rotation schedule during after-hours.

Help Desk / End User Support – 5% Receive and respond to Help Desk tickets and other escalated requests associated end-user client machines and Distribution center hardware/software products (incl.

RF Scanners & Printers) for users located in Brooklyn, NY office and Monroe, NJ Distribution Center.

Perform change requests as they submitted by NY/NJ Business Unit Managers.
