Hydraulic & Pneumatic Saleman: Harvey 2184 We are currently looking for a Hydraulic & Pneumatic Outside Salesman, for our company that is located in Burnaby, BC.

Our company specializes in the sales of Fluid Power
– Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic Sensors equipment.

POSITION OBJECTIVES: Drive the achievement of annual sales revenue, and profit targets, in a assigned territory by: Promoting and selling companies products Providing exceptional customer support Identifying and developing solution based selling opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Assigned Territory: Richmond, Delta, Annacis, New Westminster, Surrey.

Account Management: Build sales and maintain high level of customer service and loyalty Maximize customer potential within territory by expanding breath of product line sales.

Provide needs analysis, technical support, advising and problem solving Provide technical product application and maintenance support to customers Manage and interpret customer requirements Provide innovative solutions to customer problems Advise on operational capabilities and enhancements Collaborate with our company to offer customized solutions when required Provide quotations and proposals Account Generation: Source new customers through prospecting and qualification campaigns Identify and solicit potential customers and potential product applications Develop growth strategies within market Work within the SAP CRM system to log sales leads, goals and progress.

Support of Sales Department: Attending related trade shows, conference and industry events Continuously increase product knowledge and promote the companies brand Input, support and execution of sales and marketing strategies Generation of customer proposals, and presentations Liaise with Inside Sales department to deliver sales results Ongoing knowledge Improvement and training on products and applications Make recommendations on inventory forecasts based on customer needs KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES: Three to Five years minimum experience in Fluid Power
– Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic Sensors is a must, and a Hydraulic background would be an asset.

Ability to both successfully consultative sell to existing customers and has demonstrated the ability to hunt for new customers.

Excellent presentation /communication/influencing skills Results motivated Ability to develop high quality customer relationships Enthusiastic team player who also works well independently ANNUAL OBJECTIVES: Achieve individual annual sales target of minimum $1,000,000 by December 31, Year End.

This includes an already established list of current customers.

Assist in the achievement of total Burnaby sales target of $???
