If so read on about our exciting new opportunity: National Account Executive The National Account Executive will report directly to Manager, National Accounts.

The National Account Executive is responsible for client satisfaction through various sales, service and marketing activities and is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities Oversee assigned accounts to ensure customer needs are being met and continuous business development is taking place Provide effective and ongoing communication with the client and all stakeholders to ensure all client inquiries and issues are dealt with in an efficient manner Lead all sales, marketing and training activities on assigned national accounts to achieve specific goals, initiatives and objectives Work closely with the internal teams in order to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met and to proactively identify potential issues Coordinate and drive all sales and marketing activities on assigned accounts to drive sales growth Develop marketing strategies and initiatives to maximize sales and profits Perform competitor analysis and identify / track competitor’s strengths and weaknesses Participate in trade shows, when needed Experience, Skills & Competencies Post-secondary education in a business, sales or marketing program 7-10 years of progressive sales / account management experience at a national level Strong customer focus with the ability to coach others for exceptional customer service orientation.

Ability to build long-term relationships and credibility with the customer as well as internal support functions Exceptional verbal and written communicate skills with the ability to complete effective presentations Strong project and time management skills to meet deadlines under Results-oriented, self-starter and highly motivated Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, online inventory systems, sales management systems.

Experience within in the automotive battery, manufacturing, automotive or industrial sectors an asset Other Considerations Background checks including criminal checks and employment references will be requested.
