Account Manager – Sales

Outsource IT

This is a Contract position in Hamilton, ON posted March 11, 2023.

Outsource IT is currently accepting applications for the Account Manager
– Sales role.

The approximate hours of work are Monday to Friday; between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.

The Accounts Manager is to operate as the primary relationship holder within the assigned accounts.

The Accounts Manager performs the sales function for major projects and solutions as well as ensure appropriate sales engagement with the client.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate experience in solution selling as well as having great customer service skills and lead generation capabilities.

Experience with Cloud and Business Computer Networks are an asset.

Responsibilities Generate net-new client opportunities through various lead generating methods Further, entrench into existing accounts and increase the positioning of Outsource IT Ensure best possible pricing by interacting with client Vendors programs Increase overall client satisfaction by ensuring proper focus and diligence on sales opportunities as well as responsiveness Stay in regular contact with all assigned existing accounts Investigate and write required client documentation ensuring client expectations are exceeded Initiate and perform net-new client introductions Perform annual visits with existing clients Attend and perform Vendor sales training and certifications as required Manage and maintain client information within ERP system Manage and maintain client Service and Solutions Contract Agreement renewals Perform various sales administrative tasks as required Detailed knowledge of all Outsource IT sales and service offerings Prospect for potential sales opportunities Ensure that company service agreement and SLA’s are successfully deployed and maintained for all assigned clients Handle escalated customer care items as required Provide exceptional end-to-end sales support to Outsource IT clients This role includes a competitive base pay and opportunities for transactional and to build recurring commissions .
