This is a Contract position in Hamilton, ON posted September 17, 2022.

Responsibilities: Strategic management of the department Advise / Coach on best market practices and other customer configurations Support strategic planning Innovate and propose improvements to the organizational structure, the communication structure, and the documentation and standard tools for the department Create and develop the continuous improvement projects put in place Resource management Plan and assess resource needs (hires, projects, growth, etc.) Manage department initiatives Develop skills, coach on interpersonal skills Manage daily (weekly meetings, evaluations, etc.) Encourage its teams to create value for the company through continuous improvement projects within its department Operations management Support and manage complex projects Support and coach their teams on project management aspects (budgets, Gantt, resource planning, customer communications management, etc.) Intervene on complex or critical projects Administrative management of the department Manage / create budgets, financial indicators and SLA linked to the department Management of all other tasks related to the position Requirements University degree combined with 5 years of experience Deputy Director or equivalent 10 years of experience as Director of Operations Experience in software implementation Strong technical skills and experience in project management Bilingual: French and English PMP certification (asset)
