Join us on our journey of growth Job Description Reporting to the Canadian Tax Director, the Tax Manager will have responsibility for a direct report while overseeing the Canadian corporate tax accounting and the compliance function including but not limited to supporting the management of all corporate tax audits.

This role also has responsibility for supporting the Transfer Price function with a dotted line overseeing Indirect Tax.

Responsibilities include all related aspects of: Oversee the Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Provision including analysis to support current and Deferred Income Tax Expenses and global consolidation reporting Ensuring that financial statements accurately reflects legal entity results for purposes of all annual compliance obligations Corporate compliance (including T2, T5013, T106s, NR4s) Day to day management of government tax audits and auditor relationships Supporting the Tax Director in addressing requirements for cross-border reporting obligations including annual Transfer Price (TP) documentation in accordance with Canadian tax legislation.

Support global tax operations, tax projects or planning initiatives, as well as other tax related matters as needed Conduct tax research and analysis as needed Identify and drive process improvements of the tax department Qualifications 5 years of practical experience in a large, multi-national corporation, including minimum 2 years in a managerial capacity including government audit management; Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation In-depth understanding of Tax Level I, II and III (CICA) Required skills: TaxPrep for T2; Advanced Excel; SAP Highly Beneficial skills: Alteryx, In-Depth Transfer Price program (CICA) Useful skills: working knowledge of Indirect Tax; TaxPrepForms for Partnerships Practical understanding of business principles governing generic pharma an asset Ability to work in a fast paced environment, dealing with multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to work both autonomously and in a cohesive environment with a dynamic team Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills Function Finance Tax Reports To Director, Tax Already Working TEVA?
