Marketing Director

This is a Contract position in Hamilton, ON posted March 12, 2023.

The Marketing Director will be a key individual in all Crawford Packaging divisions including international expansion in the U.S.

and Mexico.

With a seat at the table in executive decisions on determining growth priorities, allocating budgets and human resources to maximize our growth potential.

Collaborate with sales management to drive tactical marketing and sales-initiatives Initiate research, development, and implementation of inbound and outbound marketing programs, including email campaigns, digital advertising, organic search, social media, and customer events.

Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.

Ensure all communication and offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.

Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing programs and initiatives to senior management.

Maximize cooperative marketing (CMA) funds available through Balpex supplier programs.

Develop programs/initiatives to develop new customers and high-level relationships with key suppliers Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications The Successful Candidate will possess the following: Post-Secondary Marketing degree Minimum 10 years of general marketing experience B2B marketing experience Experience working with Sales group to deliver the marketing message Leadership experience working with a team Job Qualifications B.A.

in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent.

10 years of direct work experience in a B2B marketing management capacity.

Excellent understanding and familiarity with digital advertising and brand management.

Proven team player who is flexible, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and a self-starter.

Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, utilizing email, digital marketing, and direct marketing programs.

Direct experience with graphic design, website design, and other marketing-related software tools.
