National Account Manager

As a National Account Manager, you will provide security solutions to our largest customers across Canada.

We play in the big leagues and chase and support Canada’s multi-province and multi-site customers.

– generated leads and developing new business through prospecting methods Analyzing customer needs and creating custom solutions Meet with potential customers to determine their security needs using innovative virtual technology Conduct effective presentations of proposals/solutions adapted to customers’ preoccupations Foster the existing customers’ loyalty by contacting them in a timely fashion Lead and coordinate the preparation of quotation to be submitted for tenders Participate in the company’s promotional events and develop and maintain business relations Develop new applications for specific industries Liaise with various stakeholders and ensuring seamless flow of the project Process sale documents through the proper channels within the agreed time frame Perform any other tasks related to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor What You Will Need Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business (or equivalent) is required At least 3 years of experience and proficiency with design, pricing, and implementation of all types of integrated systems projects A minimum of 2 years selling solutions with National and Enterprise accounts Security industry experience is preferred High level of proficiency in access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV products and concepts General understanding of networks and technology preferred Understanding of estimating cabling and labour to deliver project requirements Ability to provide value engineering alternatives to the specified scope and design Experience outlining and marking-up floor plans Knowledge of large projects, national and multi-site location projects Own a vehicle and valid driver’s license At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, security or related hardware is preferred Join our team ADT by TELUS provides equal access to employment opportunities for all applicants and employees in accordance with applicable federal and provincial laws, without regard to race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status or disability or any other characteristic protected by provincial or federal law.
