The Omnichannel Marketing Manager, Diabetes role presents an exciting opportunity to drive growth for both Invokana and Inovkamet in a dynamic therapeutic area.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the brand’s strategic business planning based on a deep understanding of the patient, customers and market.

In this vital role, the Omnichannel Marketing Manager will manage the design, development, execution and analysis of integrated omnichannel customer and patient engagement across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities: You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver industry-leading Omnichannel engagement across salesforce, digital, direct-to-consumer and medical affairs You will lead and adapt digital Omnichannel strategy for HCPs by developing interactive promotional content and implementing operational activities You will develop, execute and measure segmented customer engagement journeys You will evolve the direct-to-consumer patient empowerment campaign based on patient journey insights and channel analysis You will lead critical test and learn innovation projects to transform the digital engagement experience for HCPs and patients You will Inspire the sales team to competitively deliver the go-to-market plan You will ensure key deliverables are executed in accordance with Janssen’s compliance and regulatory policies, PAAB and IMC codes, embodying an Everyday Integrity mindset You will build and monitor sales forecasts, as well as manage the marketing OPEX budget Qualifications A minimum of a University degree, preferably in business, science, or related field is required MBA an asset A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing, sales or related experience is required A minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience is required Experience developing digital and omnichannel strategies and implementing solutions is required High level of digital acumen including experience leading patient and/or healthcare practioner activation campaigns, omnichannel engagement and/or direct-to-consumer advertising is an asset Passionate about healthcare, and translating insights into winning strategies and tactical execution to transform care for patients within a highly regulated environment Experienced collaborator with an inclusive leadership style and proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to lead without authority and inspire followership Strong foundation in analytics, with the ability to synthesize data, generate insights to drive strategy, and pivot based on an intimate understanding of Key Performance Indicators Proven track record of achieving results through the application of foundational marketing principles including customer centricity, strategic analysis, opportunity identification and solution design Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in order to meet objectives in an agile environment Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Diversity and inclusion are central elements of the shared culture across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
