Join us on this exciting journey as we get our technologies on the road Your Scope The Product Manager will provide leadership in formulation and implementation product line strategy, marketing plans and growth programs, and new product development / customer value propositions to enhance sales and profitability growth for all of eLeapPower’s product lines.
This role drives and completes all marketing activities and documents required for New Product Development projects.
The role will also have responsibility to identify, cultivate, execute, and manage opportunities with partners and potential customers.
What You’ll Do?
Research Track and forecast industry trends and identify opportunities for the company Understand the relevant industry standards to different applications and jurisdictions internationally Collect competitors’ product information to assess competitive advantages and gaps in IP Lead outreach to potential partners and customers in order to collect and understand customer requirements Planning Develop and maintain product roadmaps and proposals Conduct product feasibility and competitive analysis studies Develop a holistic pricing strategy that meets strategic and financial objectives including revenue, share, and profitability targets Execution Establish statement of work and project plans with internal and external teams Create and execute life-cycle management, and development iterations plans Support the sales and marketing team in their activities towards commercialization of the developed product and be responsible for drafting technical documents Serve as product line spokesperson in key customer interactions, business development opportunities, conferences, and requirement negotiations with customers What You’ll Bring University degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required Certifications/Courses in Marketing, Financial Analysis and related in addition to the above degree is considered an asset Minimum 5 years experience in sales, product planning, product R & D and/or pre-sales technical support related to electrical vehicle inverter or charging products Familiar with the current status and future development trend of inverter or charging product and with overall market and major OEM customers Familiarity with electric vehicle component development process including hardware and software architecture design and development strategy Familiarity with various types of AC/DC, DC/DC circuit topology design, and circuit control strategies Demonstrated presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated innovation skills Project management skills are as asset.
