Sales Enablement Manager

PDFTron Systems Inc.

This is a Full-time position in Hamilton, ON posted November 18, 2022.

Reporting to the VP Global Sales, the PDFTron Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for the creation and management of material and programs that develop our sales staff to higher levels of execution.

PDFTron has been growing rapidly both organically as well as through acquisition.

We are searching for someone who is capable to quickly develop business proficiency with our software and how we sell.

This person will be a self starter who will organize others to develop enablement content.

And organize this content into a tiered development plan such that everyone from the most junior sales development person to very senior people on both the sales and success teams can continuously improve their skills.

The candidate will be able to quickly come up to speed on acquired technology and be sure to include that technology into the overall plan.

Responsibilities Build and execute vision for sales and success training programs globally Ensure Account Executives are aware of and prepared for product, feature, pricing and tooling changes Project manage enablement aspects of launches and ensure all team members are aware of deliverables Scope, develop, drive, and execute enablement-identified projects Maintain alignment with all team members, ensure the sales enablement program is built to specifications, and measure outcomes Help create standardized metrics and evaluation processes across learning programs to ensure data-driven approach when evaluating and addressing learning needs Leverage data to identify skillset gaps; provide training and enablement to bridge gaps Build network of 3rd party partners to deliver training as needed.

Scope and build comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs and content that support the unique requirements of each role in the Sales and Success organizations 5 years’ experience in sales operations or business operations, or related sales enablement experience Experience architecting and sales training and enablement Strong analytics, planning, and communication skills; proven ability to apply these skills with deft business acumen to complex situations with competing priorities Proven success in driving sales operational excellence Experience working in a PE backed environment Experience working with high growth tech company Passion for leading people, including the ability to work with diverse skill sets (from technical to training resources) Ability to translate business objectives to technical requirements Ability to diagnose project performance problems and execute effective corrective actions.

Competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management skills.

Demonstrated ability to craft content, edit effectively and present complex issues and projects succinctly, logically and persuasively Strong consulting skills.

Proven ability to partner with senior sales business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to audience needs Additional Requirements and Details: Travel may be required up to 10% of the time Competitive salary commensurate with experience & qualifications.
