To succeed in this role, you must be a team builder, a champion of culture, a driver of sales and, with thousands of SKUs of products, you should have experience dealing with contractors, winning new business and motivating your team.

Specific Responsibilities Include: Achieve sales goals while ensuring excellent customer experience Recruit qualified sales associates, develop, motivate, train and hold them accountable Plan, organize and follow up on projects to ensure sales goals are achieved Generate new business opportunities with contractors and commercial-based customers Occasional visits to job sites to better understand customer needs and build relationships Work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure efficiency What We’re Looking For Includes: Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in the tool /power tool industry Successful experience with retail sales and marketing initiatives Senior sales experience Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
