The Role As the Senior Commercial Director for Avis Budget Group – Pacific, you will drive the profitable growth of our Avis, Budget and Apex businesses in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

This role leads Sales, Marketing, Brand Portfolio Management, Public Relations, Digital Experience and Customer Experiences as it related to our business.

Responsibilities Strategy formulation to build brand awareness and deliver profitable revenue growth for our Commercial division.

Manage the Commercial Leadership Team; Heads of departments including Sales, Marketing, Product & PR and outsourced Contact Centre.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, specifically; Fleet, Operations and external suppliers of outsourced services.

Keep abreast of market and competitor activity and use that knowledge to make recommendations that ensure the sustainability of the business within the region.

Develop and maintain key external partnerships/relationships and develop industry-leading digital marketing strategies to maximize performance.

Ensure customer satisfaction standards are met and exceeded within our Contact Centres through effective contract management and delivery of KPIs.

Continually improve and integrate digital, mobile and interactive technology into the ABG customer journey.

Ensure resources are deployed in a manner consistent with company objectives, plans and policies.

Manage segment and channel mix to optimize profitability Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience in related field.

Sales & Marketing leadership experience across multiple brands and geographic markets.

Previous experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.

Proven experience in cost efficient revenue generation.

A track record of successfully negotiating complex agreements.

Ability to develop multi-year strategic and business planning executive advice.

Team leadership – high performing, customer centric, collaborative and solutions focused.

Strong financial literacy and negotiation skills.
