The gig.
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing the go to market communication strategy to increase brand awareness and to scale growth efforts. Leveraging data-driven decisions and sophisticated analytic insights (e.g. profiling and segmentation), this role will drive a test and learn approach to grow new business at Q4.
The successful candidate will possess strategic and analytical marketing acumen along with a proven track record for helping grow product adoption and spend through marketing communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan that supports business goals and the mandate for growth.
  • Recommend and oversee digital strategy (website, paid, SEO) Mentor team members and guide day-to-day decision making.
  • Continuously identify, evaluate and test new channels, strategies and tactics.
  • Experiment with a wide array of ever-changing digital and traditional mediums and develop methods to understand and improve effectiveness.
  • Rely heavily on data analysis to drive decision-making and guide strategyPartner cross-functionally within integrated Marketing, Client Experience, Product and Sales teams to effectively execute campaigns and analyze their success.
  • Collaborate on the company’s online advertising strategies to continually include site retargeting, search retargeting, behavioral targeting, sophisticated social marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising, real-time bidding and beyond.
  • Manage and guide website strategy to increase inbound lead volume and drive conversions Optimization, profiling and segmentation to drive message relevance.
  • Manage digital marketing, demand generation budget and leverage resources including external contractors and partners.
  • Ensure product communications align accordingly with Client Experience and company-wide communication strategy.
  • Working with your team members, rapidly develop and launch qualitative and quantitative A/B and multivariate tests and continuously apply learning.
  • Other duties as assigned

Traits and Qualification

  • 6+ years of Digital Marketing (inc demand generation) experience in B2B environment
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • 2+ years of digital strategy ownership (website, SEM and SEO)
  • Experience in a dynamic, high-tech startup environment
  • An enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working with all department leaders
  • Hands-on Salesforce and Pardot experience
  • Ability to generate and manage all marketing metrics reporting out of Salesforce and Pardot
  • Knowledge of Bizible is an asset
  • Experience developing and leading marketing plans in a B2B environment
