– Hybrid Summary: The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Strategy, will play a key role in driving growth for Enercare, enhancing our overall marketing insights and capabilities and driving superior business results along with a best-in-class customer experience.

The role will work across and support the entire marketing team to identify opportunities for superior process and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness, while ensuring tools and technology are fully utilized to deliver superior outcomes and that the marketing team is trained and motivated to leverage Martech in support of team objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong collaboration skills to work across departments and teams, with the ability to vision and execute an impactful marketing technology roadmap.

They will support the harnessing and leverage of data collected across various marketing channels for a clear picture of our prospects and customers.

The role will be impact-focused with the ability to drive digital strategy and enhancements across the entire marketing and sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee implementation, testing & maintenance of all Marketing Technology Manage technical aspects, integrate key marketing systems, and optimize technology investments i.e., Salesforce, Einstein, Google Analytics, Power BI, Azure, Invoca, 360 customer Dbase, VWO, Contentful or other A/B testing tools Take critical marketing processes to next level through process improvement and automation Support documentation of key customer journeys and expected outcomes – mapped to required capabilities from tech stack Support Lifecycle marketing team to take advantage of customer events and insights across all interactions to enable automated value-added journeys for our customers Support through building out our MarTech stack, ongoing automation and improve lead nurture based on consumer behavior, increasing leads and conversion rates Support Deployment automation management and testing – grading, scoring, progressive profiling, forms, alerts, sales tasks, lead capture Serve as an internal champion to educate, train and grow working knowledge of digital marketing across the organization for further adoption rates on tools and technology Qualifications: Proven track record in developing and executing a Marketing technology roadmap Minimum of 5 years of experience working in marketing technology, ideally with a focus on digital marketing, CRM and mobile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Computer Science preferred Expertise in Salesforce configuration and development, specifically with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Strong depth in enhancing the MarTech stack and driving adoption through the organization Experience providing training & developing documentation for users of a marketing technology platform Able to facilitate the collection of requirements and write requirements documents, partnering with IT and outside vendors to support technical capabilities and enhancements A background in combining marketing technologies with enterprise applications preferred Excellent technical skills, creativity, strong analytical abilities, and strong communication skills Self-starter, deadline-oriented specialist with a positive attitude for a fast-paced marketing environment.

Exposure to front-end development experience (React, ReactNative, and NextJS) preferred Expert level knowledge creating and integrating APIs, with strong working knowledge of Python Cloud experience and proficiency with Azure preferred Enercare’s recruitment process includes accommodation for applicants with disabilities.
