Short Description The Senior Program Manager will provide an executive level interface for Bell and our customers for the delivery of multiple, simultaneous and complex customer projects.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, the incumbent will contribute expertise and guidance to customer program pre-sales teams and oversee delivery resources to validate contracts, define scope of projects and prepare all necessary documentation to formally initiate and successfully execute projects.

This position may require infrequent “off normal” evening or weekend support.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple highly complex projects and/or strategic initiatives with large cross functional teams Interact and communicate directly with client teams and executives Prepare and deliver program executive status reports Prepare and deliver internal presentations concerning project scope, timeline, activities, issues, budget and progress Oversee the development of project timelines and assist with the determination of a project scope that is scheduled in manageable components Monitor timelines and project cost to ensure adherence with approved project plans Oversee the management of work efforts and budgets provided for third party providers and consultants Provide program and project scope using change management procedures to protect against “scope creep” Oversee tracking and management of program issues, risks and budgets while escalating to senior management for awareness and support of required mitigation tactics Ensure compliance to quality management standards are adhered to for all projects within the program Oversee post-project reviews Provide feedback of team member performance on a project for the purposes of the employee’s performance review Critical Qualifications 6 years of Project Management experience with demonstrated results Expert knowledge of Project Management Institute’s approach to Project Management PMP designation or equivalent University degree in a related field or 5 years of related experience Experience leading teams in a technical environment Exceptional organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to solicit cooperation and resolve conflict Excellent time management and problem solving skills Team oriented; action oriented; self-motivated and delivery focused Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Advanced data management and analysis skills talent LI-AS1 EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Additional Information: All team members are expected to reside in Canada and within a reasonable commuting distance from their work location to ensure that they are able to come to the office as required, whether the visit is planned or unplanned.
